If last 2 years i got cheat a bit on refund ( max out insurance + books /sport ). If got caught how much need to pay the fine ?

Let say i cheat 2k ..need to pay 2k penalty or more ?

Other issue is..

Say i pay year 2014 zakat on feb 2015. I will claim it under 2014 tax refund. I just call LHDN and they said this is wrong since i should claim it under 2015 tax refund, not 2014 .

Ive been doing this since 2010..

Im not cheating since i got all the receipt..If got caught how ?

I has been audited by LHDN for my past 5 years income tax. Submit everything and today received LHDN letter. Stated there "cukai dilepaskan" . What is this mean ?

How do you calculate Pendapatan berkanun sewa under e-BE.

My case :

Monthly Rental = 1500
Rental Collection from August to Dec = 7500
Deposit = 3750
Total Collection = 11250
-
House Maintenance + Sink Fund + Quit Rent + water & electric + Insurance = 3045
House Loan Interest for 5 Month = 7070 ( 1414 interest / month )

Pendapatan berkanun sewa i declare = 11250 - 7070 - 3045 = 1135

Correct or not ?

Just got my refund.However, the amount I received is just half of the amount I supposed to received.Any of you encounter this issue before.
