already submitted a ticket for requesting pin number with my email on it

but still havent got any reply yet

did I miss any steps ?

''Perbelanjaan perubatan bagi penyakit serius ke atas diri sendiri, suami / isteri atau anak '' ?

and i bought some a GPU and CPU ( computer parts ) and claim under

pembeliam computer peribadi
