alimony means a husband's or wife's court-ordered provision for a spouse after separation or divorce.

ya i know the definition of alimony but this relief has 3 cases: SUAMI / ISTERI / ALIMONI BEKAS ISTERI

im asking on the bold part below:

QUOTE

Perenggan 47(1)(a)

Aiks. Just found this:
QUOTE
Perenggan 46(1)(j)
Previously can right, because I recall there was a discussion that tablet without cellular capability can claim

That was a long time ago. Now is only valid for laptop once every 3 years. Max is rm3k. Hence your laptop should have a budget of max rm3k and nothing more.

Hi,

I am employed in Singapore (of course I am taxable in Singapore). Due to my flexibility of work, I have more than 165 days in Malaysia. I am tax resident in Malaysia YA 2014 and preceding years.

May I know my tax status in Malaysia being resident or non resident for YA 2015? Thanks

Fixed recurring allowance is taxable.

Non-taxable or tax-exempt allowance will be put under BIK section of EA form.
