hi all, here's my 2019 employer

1. Employer A: Jan to May, got deduct salary for PCB
2. Employer B: May to Sept, got deduct salary for PCB
3. Employer C: Sept to Dec, NO deduct salary for PCB

as filing for my 2019 tax, I've add all my income from Employer A to C, and input some deductions here and there, I had to pay extra 1.7k.
and I've found out Employer C doesn't deduct my salary from Sept to Dec, they only start to deduct in Jan 20 onwards.

Now the prob is i dont have 1.7k to pay for the tax, is there anyway to workaround this ?
Should I complaint to Employer C that they never deduct my Sept to Dec salary for PCB?

Employer C didnt deduct PCB... but did you received the "amount" right ?
You have to find ways to pay the taxes. That's your duty as Rakyat.
Maybe you can ask IRB for installment basis.

Filed your tax.

The tax that you didnt pay, IRB will send out a notice CP38 to you and your employer to deduct it from your monthly salary.

Thank you very much for your kind reply & information shared, appreciate it.
I am just confused of tax relief for insurance as not mentioned clearly in the requirement, typically just self, spouse or children.

rapple has actually answered your questions and he has taxation background.

I dig extra for you:

Technically only policy owner can claim for tax relief.
The same applies for medical and/or education bought by you (under your name as policy owner) and your child name as the beneficiary.

Tried to submit the e-Filing since end of March but always failed to receive the TAC. Just a sharing for those who are having difficulty to receive TAC for submission and are not able to talk or chat with the customer service.
You can file for a complaint here.

They replied in an hour telling me they deactivated the TAC submission for my account.

Not sure if that is going to be just a one time thing. But after they deactivated my TAC, I just clicked on the verification button, keyed in my password and submit.

Hi not sure is it correct place to post this question.

I always hear people say make donation can claim income tax.
However, from BE Form E1 till E7, i din saw any row that mention if donate to let say old folks house or orphanage can claim.

All 7 rows info is donation for those library , government and sports.

Am i correct?

If i am wrong, then which row should i fill in , if donate to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim & OKU Mesra ?

If not listed, then not eligible for taxable income reduction.
Normally because I do a donation, I check the background of the respective non-profit or charity organization.

Those registered and eligible usually carry a registration number starts with PPM:

For example:
Malaysian Medical Relief Society (Reg. No: PPM-020-14-16091999)
