For the Lifestyle Tax Relief, can one taxpayer claim for two Internet Subscription for Home A & Home B ? Both under the SAME taxpayer name.
Do we claim only the subscription fee minus the 6% SST, right ?

Company A paid you 12 months x RM3000.... where got 13 months income ?
The RM3000 you paid to waive the notice period is your OWN money (not used in any tax calculation)

You should have asked for no-pay in Dec 2019, work until 31 Dec 2019 and start Company B on 2 Jan 2020.... that's the smarter way,

You put RM237 follow the EA form.... it could be a trick by LHDN to identify who likely to be audited

So my question is,  can I still alter my declaration by manually adjust to section F? because got tax relief of 6k per year which is a lot.

Please advise.

Berasingan is cheaper tax for both parties.
IF BERSAMA, you have to add your INCOME + WIFE's INCOME together. ... thus larger taxes

If you get 100% claim/re-imbursement back from company... and you NOT ALLOWED to get deduction from LHDN.
