I am trying to update my father's EPF bank acc at LHDN but it states the Sijil Digital Individu has expired. I followed the steps to renew but nothing happened. Keeping bringing me in a loop. Any idea?

e-Filling is quite unstable, error for several times and unable to proceed to Page 2.
The system has been quite stable and terrific all these years, not sure why they want to fiddle with the interface. Also, I saw this at the top banner at Page 1: BAKI CUKAI KENA DIBAYAR TAHUN TAKSIRAN 2020 : RM xxx. Any idea what is this? |
