2) Let’s say I claimed computer tax relief RM3000 on 2015 (every 3yrs that one). In 2017 I bought again new laptop, can I deduct it?

Really need your guys advise, if I am self-employment and dont have company in Malaysia;

1) EPF self-contribute can claim under 'Life insurance dan EPF INCLUDING not through salary deduction RM3000' for tax relief?
2) Let’s say I claimed computer tax relief RM3,000 on 2015 (every 3yrs that one). In 2017 I bought again new laptop RM3000, can I deduct it under 'Lifestyle RM2,500' even last claim is on 2015 (not more than 3yrs yet).

Thank you for your advise icon_rolleyes.gif

You only claim what you paid for.

Just only for Infinity 150 only right? But if refer to amount paid, some time it included local call, in-app purchase. So I just use RM150-25 will be alright?

One more question is about, jan Bill normally is paid for Dec,last year.

Shall I calculate Fed-Jan,next year or Jan-Dec within that year?

does this work requires you to sell things in Malaysia?

No. Provide services to an overseas company. No buy and sell things involved.

I subscribed the CELCOM platinum plan RM 188 and EasyPhone(device installment) RM180 per month.

The postpaid plan I subscribed already included the unlimited voice call and SMS. Can deduct under “Lifestyle” - payment of monthly bill for internet subscription?

How about the device installment?

Normally we follow billed date which from Jan - Dec, 2019 right?

Hope sifus here can help to clarify it.
