Agent fee not allowed.
Not all repairs are allowed.

---
The expenses that are not income tax deductible are initial expenses before the property is rented out, including:
Advertising cost to get the first tenant
Property agent fees/commission to obtain the first tenant
Legal cost and stamp duty for initial tenancy agreement
Expenses on renovation and improvement to get higher rental or to be more attractive to potential tenant
*
agent who help you find the tenant that fee RM800 eg. not allowed

how about Agent fee who helps managed the units ie
arrange for repair, collect rentals monthly eg RM450 a year, RM40 a month
put it as management fee sound better, this can?

any tax experts have experience with this?

Director use own money pump into company, shown as Amount owed to Director. Now after few years, company got money. If company repay director the money, director will not be taxed. But does the repayment count as deductible expenses for company to reduce company chargeable income?
*
actually tax is a logical thing

you dapat untung you pay tax,
you tak dapat untung you dont pay tax

so if director pump in money, that amount does not go to sales income
gomen cannot get tax from that money

now you return that amount you want gomen deduct tax for it?
mana boleh?

duit masuk gomen gets nothing
duit keluar mahu deduct tax from gomen?

kalau boleh i can keep pumping in my money to company, Company tak kena tax on it
then every now and then i take back my money and want to reduce Company tax.
repeat that again and again, gomen rugi besar!

Hi friends,

can ask about medical insurance tax relief please?

Is medical insurance tax relief claimed as per actual premium payment made in that year
or as per policy premium for that year?

example,

A bought medical insurance premium RM3000 per year

If he paid his 2023 and 2024 premiums rm3k x 2 years,
all paid 1 shot together in 2023
ie paid all RM6k paid in 2023

Can he claim medical insurance relief 3k for 2024
and 3k for 2025?

TQ

Ask your Insurance Co. will provide a yearly tax relief statement
*
Logically like that , I think it means can claim tax relief each year rm3k.

That means pay rm6k (medical insurance premium for 2years combined) in 1 year,
Next year no premium will be paid.

So we claim medical insurance tax relief 3k this year

And next year claim tax another RM3k although no actual payment done as it had been paid in advance previous year.

Boleh?

But some said if look at receipt, then problem.
Receipt showed 1 year paid rm6k
Next year no payment 0!
No payment =no tax relief??

Any one got such experience pay 2years premium 1shot
Then break it to claim tax relief in 2 years taxes?
