hello guys, sorry i really newbie in this income tax and i always wondering what it is for.

so the point that i wanna know about this, im going to do personal loan, and they ask for latest B/E tax payment receipt. so how can i get the receipt? need to register income tax? at where?

i self employed,  small business restaurant. monthly income around rm5000-rm6500. so they will deduct my money itself when i register income tax?

thanks and sorry for the many questions hehe.

my wife new company for so long did'nt do PCB. she worked there for 2 years already. i did her BE yesterday.

somehow, the summary showed that LHDN owe her around RM30.30. How is that possible as she have never do PCB?

That RM 30.30 is the tax that your wife needs to pay.

PCB is just an estimation and to ease the burden of taxpayer by deducting monthly from the payslip and remitting it to LHDN. At the end of the day, it's the final annual taxable income that matters despite the monthly PCB deduction.

The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) today denied having sent any emails bearing the address refunds15@hasil.gov.my which requires taxpayers to fill out their particulars as procedure to qualify for income tax refunds. so don't respond to it.

Hi, I'm about to submit my e-filling but today my insurance agent told me that I can claim tax relief for paying my mother's medical card insurance under the parents medical claim. But when I searched around, seems that most of the info I gather is the other way round.

Therefore can some experts here advise if it's ok to file this for tax relief?

Thanks

why don't you do us a favor....sent this attached "Guidebook" to your insurance agent and ask him to point to you where in section F can he do that?...then tell us. thks. notworthy.gif

http://www.hasil.gov.my/pdf/pdfam/Nota_Pen...an_BE2015_1.pdf

btw, this guidebook did spell some details and example on what can be claimed for relief....
