Been buying multiple times from them. Mostly flashlight, 18650 and related accessory.

So far all the item arrived. But a bit slow (less than month) . Overall ok lah.

One time did bought a product around rm700, I actually paid for fast delivery (not sure which delivery option i used) they reach my house less than 10 day. They used Kerry express (thailand courier )

One thing weird about gearbest, sometime they dont deliver from china, when i bought 18650 batteries, they send from netherland (even return address, are netherland). Also some were post from sweden and china. Usually if send from netherland it will be the slowest to arrived (fro my exp)

I see. Thanks for the reply.

How about their support in case of DoA or warranty claim?

Gearbest is nice

Can order Xiaomi products etc. and other useful gadgets there with a fair price.

Banggood, Aliexpress good too

anyone can help with feedback? I haven't tried buying from Gearbest, but found that Chuwi Hi10 PLUS price very reasonable. I've ordered it, but have not paid. Anyone here has used Gearbest before? Is it safe? They ask me to transfer to an account to a BNP Paribas Malaysian Branch with account number and name and all, but I have not even heard of such a bank.

How long did it take for your item to arrive? Mine is already 2 weeks since item shipped.

On my order page, it shows shipped by SEAEXPE, clicked the link and it directed me to Citylink Express website:

Tracking page doesn't show anything new since 27 March

Normally 10 days (including non working days)
I use SEA Air Line (Citylink)

Yours should have arrived already. Maybe some delays
