The voice call in and out having problem, you will near the other party but it's mute for 1-2 second very 2 seconds.
I can't even use the mobile to call 123, and call failed occures frequently, please investigate on this.

The problem temporary solved, but now it occurred again, never been that bad before. Certainly I am not a happy maxis user now, after being a Maxis user for almost 20 years.

Did u already informed the CS about this? Any updates??

They said will be fixed at mid of July, which it did, but problem came back now.

U better contact them and req for any updates.
Last time I had some issues as well. They gave me some time frame but then the rectification took more than the time frame bcoz of weather & approvals. So u also mayb in the same scenario.
