i just bought a PS4 version FFxiv: heavensward , but i have issue on the promotion code redeem , its pop out the msg

The code you entred may not be correct or may no longer be valid

anyone know how can i solve this problem ? i buy this game from lowyat and the boss say it is for All region (pls check out the picture i attached)

is there any T&C listed on the promo code? like availability of the code etc.

it looks like you bought the NA version, are your SE account EU or NA? And have you already owned ARR?

Ya , I owned a EU arr , but the game show its for all region ? But I'm thinking this maybe na version that's why I can't redeem but I need confirmation that this is na version before I go back lowyat to claim for refund

The promotion code combine with few country language , I found English , France & Germany language on the promote code redeem page that's confuse me also

Region All = America . take note, not all shop know about it .

ESRB rating, that will be NA version. You will need the R2 version for PS4 since your account is EU.

Seriously though shop really need to stop telling people is Region All, there is no such thing as Region All for PS4 game, only R1, R3, R4, etc, just that our PS4 is able to play all of them without restriction. For FFXIV, the region you can play depends on your SE account region.

Ya , I'm on the way going back to the shop and ask for change , hope they Don do stupid thing
