Hi,

My number seems to have expired with Hotlink. I posted about this issue in the previous forum here: https://forum.maxis.com.my/forum_topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=25364

I was wondering if I could get my number back. I was also wondering if there was any way to hold on to the number with greater permanence, and not have to top up the number every 3 months to ensure its validity.

Thank you for your time.

Best Regards,
Phenol

cancel hotlink.

Transfer to digi.

Pay RM30, your number is yours for the next 12 months. AND you still can receive calls.

Why not try tune talk? You can have the last 4 digits of your old number and then keep it for 365 ala Digi's super long life. Altel does the same thing, but you cannot choose yr number.

Once yr hotlink or any prepaid is gone, it's gone unless you go back to the center and if the number is still available, maybe.....you can get it back. If not....

No really, if the no expired for few days.
U can walk in to maxis center and u might ask them to get the same no for u.
If they can get, they will ask u to take a postpaid line.
