Another LRT incident at LDP, Safety Again Compromised

Yesterday afternoon another LRT incident occurred, this time on LDP. A shipment of station roof trusses slipped from the long bed trailer, and caused a massive traffic jam.
Luckily, no one was injured but the question remains. When will this ever be a thing of the past? Attached thumbnail(s)
