Topup amount not received, Amount already deducted from M2U

I used M2U to do instant prepaid topup for my Hotlink number yesterday 13:44, but until now still not yet received the topup amount in my Hotlink number.
Please help. |

I believe for Maybank2U online topup issue, you need to contact Maybank2U helpline directly at 1-300-88-6688
