Hi, the retailer that i bought the expansion (digital) from initially gave me a 20 digit pre-order/early excess code and i was able to play Heavenward from early excess till date.

However, yesterday they sent me another 20 digit code. I thought i already had access to the expansion. I was able to add this new 20 digit code on the register for expansion license option.

Is this normal to have 2 x 20digit code? and is it normal for me to be able to play the expansion till now with only the early excess?

The 2nd code is for your heavensward code with all your bonus item(if u pre ordered CE). Early access only gives play time up to 27th. In order to play beyond that, you need the game code to continue playing.
