Last i heard was only 20%, seems fair with the take up rate, at least ppl who buy are unlikely investors. Kudos

I'm not sure why, probably because subang 2 road is not that pleasant experience, your points are exactly the same with mine not to worry. KP will find its way to promote somehow. at least its a organic take up rate rather than, a sudden jump where investors come in buy then 5 years later sell out at lower price.

It caters different market, and usually investment based projects are more lively in LYF. You can find out further with SA that is doing marketing and feedback from there. To me its more for family oriented place.
