the answer is just too obvious.
I don't ever reach 10% of the dl /ul amount.

If my guess is not wrong.

thread starter is trying to tell us that we had already enjoy "over use" too much bandwidth from TM . and now, it is the moment for customers to stop using BT. Later, TM will come out with another more expensive package for BT.

thread starter, please correct me if I'm wrong.

but, thread starter's style is too similar with tmnet's style, which is to keep silence at all time.
