went to sb 4 times since 10 june. all outlets have the same issue that 'pulse member - prudential insurance' cant get 10% discount because their barcode scanner broken.

but when i pay with sb mobile apps they still scan the barcode. then i said isnt it the same scanner u use to scan pulse member barcode last time, they say different.

im pretty sure last time they scan using that same barcode machines.

Some sb just need to press on their screen (a branch in KK), but in Kuching they scan the QR code in pulse (i guess maybe got people lie about they are pulse member?)
