Questions:
1. If I buy tumbler, can I get the usual 20% student discount if I show my student ID?
2. Can I use Ucard + student ID for more discount?

QUOTE(sj0217 @ Sep 16 2015, 08:19 PM) Well, I often buy my drinks with my student ID to get the 20% student discount. So I thought if the 20% discount also applied for tumblers too.Went to an outlet today and walao so packed! The standard RM30 card sold out. |

QUOTE(pvateme @ Sep 17 2015, 10:07 AM) may i know what type of student id do you have to enjoy the 20%? any college student id will do at any startbucks counter? Any would do fine. Lecturers are also entitled for the 20% discount by showing their matric IDsEDIT: Just make sure to ask the outlet if they accept student ID first. Some wouldn't offer the discount. QUOTE(ciwi1166 @ Sep 18 2015, 05:05 PM) Absolutely. The first time I had it, I think my barista ran out or something, so it tasted great. On my second and third, it tasted too sweet. Today for my fourth, I asked if they could not put any kind of sugar or sweetener (unless it was chocolate), I got it exactly how I wanted. |

Hey guys!
Recently I just knew that I can collect point with my BCard, which was from ChaTime. (Darn slowpoke me again.) But I found out, when I checked the 'My Transaction History', I literally have my ChaTime transactions listed. So pretty much, emailed them about it. They asked for BCard's receipts, which luckily I kept. But then they asked for Starbuck's receipts, which unluckily I had threw few of the out. So, I guess it was a loss? Anyhow, do anybody experiencing this kinda trouble where the BCard did not collect any points? |

QUOTE(David83 @ Oct 5 2015, 08:09 PM) I definitely did. The baristas (the two who I am familiar) explained and did key-in something into a small device (much like the one the cashier use to swipe credit cards) from my receipts and BCard. Currently, waiting for reply from the BCard inquiry. |

QUOTE(goliath @ Nov 29 2015, 04:04 PM) A quick questions; No, if you use the card BEFORE registering/linking it. Yes, if you use the card AFTER registering/linking it.1) I'm using Starbucks card to pay for drinks. If I purchase a new one (and use it to pay for drinks), will the tracker(s) combined with existing ones automatically when I register/link the card to my account? Essentially, you have to register/link the new card under your account to sort its tracker BEFORE you make any purchases. e.g. If you purchase your first card and use it immediately to buy drinks before registering it, the purchased item would not be included in the tracker, even after registering your card later. QUOTE(sj0217 @ Nov 16 2015, 07:39 AM) This round only for one mini size card, but no standard size of same design card available (normally come with both size of same design cards) This standard mini-sized card costs RM50, right? Better just buy the new card then go play chance on the Lucky Draw. By the way minimum for RM50, not RM100 This post has been edited by MapleSyrup77: Nov 29 2015, 06:01 PM |

Just visited Starbucks today after two years of not-buying-coffee-here-because-of-sugar-detox. Long story short, I tried to purchase a drink with student discount (like I usually do for 20% off) but the barista told me the student discount is only eligible for drink purchases with food.
Did they change the T&C for student ID cardholder? |
