Got some question for the complimentary grande section in the starbuck card account. It use to have one green star at that part previously after having 10 drinks. But I login today, the star is gone and the no. of beverages purchased change from 9/10 to 3/10 today. I did not claim the complimentary drink previously.

What happen if we order a venti 20 oz but the tumbler is only 16 oz? Going through the display there are mostly 16 oz tumbler, 20z tumbler only have plastic type.
