Because the cashier didn't complete swiping the transaction at the BCard terminal. Always ask for the receipt from these loyalty swipes. Sometimes they waiting for the line to be idle and will forget.
I make it a point to wait for it.

Have you tries the BCard + One card in 1u SB outlet ??

Not sure whether is workable or not ? Never ask but always just present One card to them.

Checked with them in 1u outlet, good to know that One card + Bcard are available to earn point at the same time

Both BCard + One card is allowed at both outlets in 1 Utama.

How to get complimentary cake if pay using two cards?
I must first pay with the birthday month card right? then balance with any card?

Doesn't matter which card you pay first, to ensure your birthday card of the value of the transaction is more than another card.

last time i tried CS told me is the last card that will capture the transaction, so no cake. pls reconfirm with the barista again.

For my case, it was depend on the value of transaction, I have tires two ways for two cards

if the cards are all under single account, no matter which card you use, the tracker will be count.
