I don't think the 30% is applicable for reloading Starbucks by paying with GrabPay.

*Discount is applied by the store cashier before proceeding with the payment through GrabPay Wallet.

They amended the tnc. If I'm not mistaken, there is a phrase in tnc before that the discount will be automatically applied thus there's no need to tell cashier that we would like to have the discount.

Yes can, I haven’t try myself but I seen people in facebook shared that they got the discount reload Starbucks by Grab

With the amended tnc, I'm not sure whether the cashier will allow promo being applied to reload. If they allow, you're sure in luck.

Think very unlikely they will allow. Most stores I visit are normally quite strict
