I recently downloaded 2 movies.. one dixv and one 4GB dvd.
The downloads were very fast, over 100kBps (not 100kbps, but 100kBps displayed
on utorrent), and reaching out to 121kBps.. and of course, there were many seeds,
more than 60. 4.2GB dvd took me less than 24 hours to complete, and the divx is about
a few hours.. I'm on 1Mbps package.

I though bit torrent is being throttled? I just use regular utorrent client, and no trick or setting whatsoever.. Is the traffic shaping has been removed now?
