All download jammed from tmnet. i think they are giving bandwidth to businesses first cause we pay 10 times more. so far my corp line is ok. wait after 6 pm maybe ok.

1) Some said its backbone not enuf capacity, 2) some said TM throttle local peers and 3) some said equipment providers to TM configured it to throttle ALL p2p.

I put my bet with 2 since using vpn speed is insanely fast which left 1 out of equations but then vpn only good for international peers. Now that local peers also affected, no choice but to 1) be very patient when torrenting, 2) quit torrenting 3) get a vpn.

Your choice.

There's has been a widespread report from a lot of users that tmnet is applying throttling to a much wider users and that includes P2P among local peers. However peers within same ip range are still not affected.
