another one here... this had been happening since wednesday...suddenly speed gone down to >5k. Tried changing the port, no use. Even tried with a file with 10k seed, still no use, recognize the seed but no download at all. also tried with max upload, no good.
at this rate, i will switch back to dial up then.

Any sifu, pls advise ??

cusx, mind to share what is the upload and download limit that u set in utorrent.
lately i only get around 20kbps for utorrent. was about to get around 60-70kbps previously.
btw, i'm having rm66 package as well
