my upload no problem 20-38kb
dload around 10kb
and the seeds are mostly outside from malaysia

dload speed low from 1-5 kb from international IP but 30-40 kb from local IP.

upload speed high from 25-40 kb to both international & local IP

upload 20-40 kb (can upload up to 1GB per day if online atleast 10-12 hours

dload dont know cuz i dont have anything to dload

BT uploading no problem normal - 20-30 kBp/s

normal dloading (non BT) - random from 0.5 - 40 kB
but never reach 50 or 60 which is my max

some websites load slow like photobucket & yahoo

now loading websites also slow like snail

i guess they unthrottle after we complained. now just waiting for when they gonna throttle back
