check if u r connected to LOCAL peers most for the file u r downloading..
dont mislead some people.
If u r connected to local peers, its not back to normal
if u r connected to international peers, YES>>>> back to normal

its all depends on ur ip address plus ur local seeders..

=.= highest could only go to 7kb/sec
i guess because they are promoting RM77 + RM1 to 1mbp
so they limit our speed to the lowest so that we fall into their advertisement trap

Added on April 15, 2007, 3:20 pmcheck ur seed whether it's from local n check ur ip adress
local seed and certain ip address do effect ur speed
plus u r limiting ur upload speed to below 5 which makes u have advantages cos upload speed effects ur download speed
