Well, just wanna shared my experience.
Actually, tmnut is using US proxy server to throttle the p2p sharing.
Don't think that tmnut is using its own "high-tech" technique to blocking the p2p.
Actually, they're asking the proxy server from US to throttle the speed.
That's why you can still bt if the seeder/peer is from local site.

So, if you're able to bypass the proxy server then your speed will back to normal.
I've trying one of the method, and now my speed >100KB
of couse not more than 120KB if using a p2p.

Just google around and you'll learn a lot of things.

If your area can use bt, just keep quiet lar.
The more information you give, the more tmnut will blocking the area.
Use you head to think.
If you can bt in your area just keep as a secret.
There may be a tmnut agent spy inside this forum.
So if they figure out, they will start throttle the area.
Then you will cry for everyday.
Tmnut didn't officially announce throttle the speed,
so we also should use bt in the silent way.
This how we fight with tmnut.

Discuss this everday...........why don't you all use the time to find out a solution?
No use for asking how's the speed.
The important thing is go google it out.
Then only you will learn something, if really hate tmnut screamyx, find one day and "boom" the buildings.
Go to Germany, Japan, Australia sure get a high speed even throttle.
At here, 512 and 1mbps also want to throttle. It's a silly thing.

tmnut really no hope, I won't said that we have a "broadband" in Malaysia.
