try to get 218.***.***.*** ip address. i've experienced this thing twice. when my ip is around 219.**.***.*** .. my bt speed around 0 - 10kB/s .and sometimes dont have speed at all ... but when my ip around 218.***.***.*** ... mt bt speed quad like hell around 100 - 150 kB/s on 1000+- peers.

hahaha .. simple ... dial and dc your modem until u get that ip
 ( thats what i do~!!! ) |
