i still can download bt 3k~5k during daytime.
Is it advisable to download bt during daytime ? I scared being monitor and tomorrow cannot dl anymore.... Daytime dl bt can or not....Pls advise... |

By right shouldn't be any problem for upload speed.
I think tmnut have tighten the upload speed oledi... |

Sucks at 5k also.... |
