no other international peer working at all (throttled)

what i may suggest is y don we all share what we dl so that we all can have our full speed back in tact, rather than asking from stupid tmnet to unthrottle our bandwith, which is almost impossible to do, except mr Cruise from MI:3.

FYI, im seeding Rob-B-hood and onepiece284, 230-239 since yesterday, up speed can run up to 15-20kB/s per peer, hope one of u are dling from u rite now.

using old faithful prolink hurricane 9300, port forwarding utorrent 26100. my speed gone so high cos by local peer as u can see, that upload it high enough. other dl still <10k.

Wat i mean tat i din change anything at my side, if ppl upload it high enough, we probably get dl high speed enough, tats y im starting to upload it high now, at the moment 22kBps is my half meg package highest upload rate

are u using bitcomet 0.75 latest version?
i saw from my utorrent someone dling bitcomet 0.75 from me for 20kBps, that is almost the max of my upload speed, 20k from a single peer is a lot.

well, this is wat tmnet will normally do. Hire up some dog who pretend he's a rich guy to sit at the desk just like those cs to piss ppl off. am i rite? dog?

even if u banned the tmnet dog, he would probably come out with other id, lets just show each and everybody how tm.nut's dog do is work here, how tmnet do things -

deny everything, when get out of hand, commited tat they do so.
just like the loser from tmnet, yet the dog says everything that is false, just like tmnet

i guess is good to have a dog barking sometimes. so when we'll gonna see the dog running away crying around with his tail between his leg to his owner..the tmnet

yes, and some how tat user with tm.net is showing off with his highspeed dl to pissed others more,

when i guess this is how tmnet hired some dog to bark when someone TAlk about them

10 is really low low low, sometimes i can get 60-90 on local

p2p trottled. only local peers works. welcome to the club
call your ISP (you know who) to rectify the problem, else, ask for refund
