I'm not sure why you want to update speed here but of course its my own ISP and its my private access... however we do not block Bittorrent... and we throttle web, voIP, messenger over other protocol to make sure it runs smoothly...
hope you guys can get rid of streamyx soon when our wimax is out!!!

The WiMAX spectrum will be auctioned next year, it will at least take 6mths to roll out after obtaining the spectrum, are you promoting pre-WiMAX?
