doesnt really do much. it just help you to connect to the international peers without having them to disappearing and appearing on your utorrent. whats the point of connecting to them when you cant get files/download speed from them

download speed getting sadder and sadder. getting less than 5kb/s for bittorrent
downloads. messenger keeps logging on and off. mirc xdcc speeds sucks. rapidshare/ savefile..etc @ 1-2Kb/s. feels like its getting worst. gonna downgrade to 512k if still persists after CNY..

today my speed wuz good ..but then again i had 38 torrents simultaneously downloading only achieving speed up to 85kb/s with uploading speed of 30kb/s (anymore than that my downloading speed will drop)

im just getting 5% better than last month. connected to int'l peers but not getting great speed from them <5kb/s. so bored. never reached 150kb/s since last 2 months. my best speed is 80kb/s for a single torrent ---> tat is connected to lotsa malaysian peers!
