haha...still can't connect to international peers..u guys think this has to do with ip address..or is it just p2p is still being throttled in some areas..like me in quantan...

i can't believe...tmNUT throttle back just this morning....my download speed of 70kbps drops down below 3kbsp only...aiyaa.....just when i was about to finish my delayed downloads....
