my torrents are not moving at all...managed to move a little yeterday afternoon but after that it's not moving at all until now....is this normal???im staying in bangsar

stilll getting about the same sped as before....not fast...shouldi turn off the proximotron and set my connections back to pre-proximotron???can someone guide me on this??i see international seeds and all that...but still somewhat the same speeds...
