IIRC d3x has been throttled once, but was removed for quite some time.

I wish I was in in his shoes, I've been throttled like crap for a month and a half already.

Is it possible he got unthrottled because he changed his aztech modem (that lame blue poor excuse of a modem tmnet gives to all users)?

NAHHHHH~ Believe me, I tried every single brand of modem that I can think of on my PC. More or less same speed.

Mine is throttled as well, though it ranges spike from 10 to 50kb/s, once in a while some super high speed JPN seeder/peer will go through, give me 60+... but it happen so rare >_<

Same area here (or very near). I had also encountered this rare spikes where it jumped to 170~kb/s, and plummel down back.

Of course if a good proxy came online and I use it, I can achieve those speed at almost a constant rate. Though proxies do not last long >_<, might need to subscribe to Secure-Tunnel soon.

Currently BT speeds are jumping from 20kb/s to 60kb/s. Averaging usually around the 40kb/s mark.

Some, very few international peers speed are going through, I can say around 3 to 5 of them, and the rest all stuck in zero. Still majority of the speed are coming from Local IP. Yes local ppl, seed or die biggrin.gif I generally hate leechers as well... all they think about is their dl speed, could care less about their ul. I have already uploaded ~170GBs since throttling period. That is more or less around 2 months, so averaging 85GB UL a month. If TMNet put higher upload speed for me then I can upload more, too bad I am stuck at 30ish kb/s upload only. Hiking it above 35 cripple my whole connection >_<
