I actually just arrived back in Malaysia after 6 months in Australia studying...

The last time I came back, in June, no throttling yet

Now I come back, they start doin this throttling shit...

Throughtout this 6 month period, nobody in my house has been downloading torrents whatsoever, so any rumour of TMNUTZ throttling only those who download BT is not that true...although I do not know when they started throttling my line....

Really annoying, really really.....Especially when u see so many of those "Sign up for Streamyx" booths in malls nowadays...feel like goin to sluaghter that fella at the booth.....

I can't connect to any tracker, and DHT returns 0 peers. I've tried utorrent, bitcomet, and Tuotu, all don't work. I was still downloading at a minimal speed this afternoon, and now this happens. Anybody care to shed some light? Greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:

Did system restore, and everything works fine again. Could be due to the Tuneup Utilities 2007 I installed this afternoon, but don't know how it could interfere. Won't be re-installing that program ever again biggrin.gif

The problem is that I was using the same IP throughout, and last night I could connect to DHT, but once I woke up this morning, all the DHT for all torrents say "return 0 peers".

I have not touched any of the settings of my router or BT client ever since a long time, and it was all working fine until the problem cropped up last nite. I thought I had solved the problem last nite by doing a System Restore (don't know how it could work), but the problem resurfaced this morning up till now.

Annoying, yet true.

JB here.

Stuck with the 60 ip range.

Are those people without connection problems with the 218 ip range?

Still can't connect DHT (return 0 peers), trackers also very few peers, and the worse part is that I don't know what to do about it!!!

anybody able to connect to DHT? Mine still returns 0 peers.

Was just wondering, since it says that it returns 0 peers, means it is still able to connect right? Then how come got 0 peers? Anybody know why???

LOL.

DHT surprisingly only able to be connected past midnight. It then gets disconnected early in the morning.

Makes you wonder what TM nutz r doing to our connections.

It is confirmed, that DHT is blocked until between somewhere around 12am-6am daily. I only can connect to DHT between this specific time.

I have noticed the trend for the past 4 days, and it has been like this.

TM Nutz's way of preventing bandwith abuse I guess during this earthquake.

Or could it be permanent?

Can't connect to any trackers.

You seem to be able to connect only past midnite.
