Actually those speeds can be misleading. If you are downloading mostly from local IPs, then you can reach those kind of speeds. But from outside (international IPs), it may not look so rosy (unless on VPN of course). Try to differentiate between local and foreign sources...

I make experiment with the same seed by using my neighbour (friend) rig but with bit torrent 0.8.. guess what.. the speed is only 25++ for the download.. same time just few houses away...after he change to 0.59.. the speed go 100+ and how to tell is the seed from local of overseas?? all movie i download is from overseas web sites and seed by those people...

You can check from the ip whether is local or oversea.

Yeah like that can be trusted. It was said to take only three weeks since last month. Lets hope they take a year to fix it to provide good service.

I'm having the same problem too, but it only started about 3am today. I thought it was configuration problems on my end. Spent a good 2 hours trying to figure out what went wrong just to find out that it's not my fault.

My glorious BT speeds are now down to nothing. If I still can't connect to my favorite tracker by this evening, then there's no point subscribing to s3myx anymore now.
