I'm not surprised, its not guranteed in the first place (probably TMnet is using different "throttling boxes/methods" in different regions). Another thing is that this forum is probably crawling with TMNet perisik - whatever that is discussed here that works will tutup soon enough. The easiest place for admins to find holes in their networks is browse through public forums like these.

Actually there are ways to bypass all the throttling and filtering (I will neither confirm nor deny that I have found a way - /wave perisik). It usually takes $$$, a credit card/paypal acct, some knowledge of networking kung-fu and a lot of effort. The best solutions, the Kung-Fu masters know to keep secret - for once their secret technique is known to the public - it will be countered and not work anymore. One thing for sure is that the days of convenient no-brain to use BT is over - its the sad truth until you can afford your own overseas line.

i agree with what you said about bypassing the filter because there are ways to bypass it if you know what you are doing, and like you, i won't say anything about it here because of all the tmnut spies in this forum. if totou suddenly stops working like it did before, then it's a good bet those spies are monitoring this forum and have configured their shaper to throttle this previouly unknown chinese bt client.

Only 1 solution, SEED, as we are all local peers, so SEED. just look at my seeding ratio...more than 10GB compared to download capacity..
