mine on local peers also like that...sigh...already more than 3-4days like that....maximum i've seen so far today only 4kb/s

Local peers give me max around 7x kbps. If there's no local peers...phew...speed around <10kbps.

well it depends, like ur case, you have like countless of local peers then sure can get good speed but in some other case like if there is only 5 local peers then u will 4 sure crying out loud.

Local i can get up to 130kBps (sometimes depending on seeds)...international roughly around 50+ kBps only..
