hey guyz my speed is alwayz capped at 98kb?

Hmm.. the 124 range has been doing some good to me these 2 days been getting average 90~130KB/s on my 2Mbps Cap.

penang - not stable and keep increasing and decreasing..

Utorrent manages to about 6k/s a torrent though...
