Is it normal for 1mbps line??

God, why is my line so slow... I'm wondering if they got throttle my connection. I just did portforward for bitcomet 0.91. Any other thing I need to do to speed up their DL speed?

Since Monday I've been getting a strange new IP (124.13.x.x) for which there seems to be no throttling. Anybody know about this IP range?

I hope the TMNut people don't read this post and throttle the IP....

just came to australia and subscribe .. bad thing is no unlimited usage..
only 20gb peak 40gb off peak..
