last week my speed can go up to 40kbps - 80kbps. now cant even go above 20kbps. and i'm using vpn again... haih

I just feel something is wrong with the line today. DL around 10KB, when utorrent started the portforward is ok (green) after like 10min downloading the portforward is red. Does anybody experience this problem?

Up to this evening, my download speed is quite stable but now, zero download and upload speed.. to top it all, i got frequent disconnecting.
 looks like tmnut is really doing their jobs right now. |

nowadays.. all P2P is capped at 20 KB/s!!!!
noticed this since 3 days ago... what the heck is with them... throttling whole night too.. at 20 KB/s |

Just to share my experience.. yesterday got play dota with singaporeans.. and i said my download speed is 108Kbps and quite lag.. and guess what the host said.. "108 Kbps" only?? i got 700+ and no lag..!!

notice they unthrottled to 20kbytes around 1 am, but throttle back after 6 am. http download so far not yet affected.

i've completely given up on BT downloads.. these days i keep getting 10~20kbps speeds.. http downloads not fast enough but not as slow as BT >.<
