This sms was sent 3-3-2014. The developer price was 645K onwards and need ballot.

May I know what is the asking price now? I search on iProperty and very surprise that asking price is still around 650K to 680K. There is no capital appreciation after VP in this area.

Any owner / investor here can correct my understanding?

Nafiri 2 launch price 708,888. BU 2024sf. Price per sf 350. 2% discount if not mistaken.
Persada launch price 648,888. BU 1787sf. Price per sf 368
