Why does it feel like Bukit Raja is much less invested/marketed compared to their other townships? The guardhouses are basic unlike other townships even though individual title they get nice looking guardhouses. They don't plan any marketing events or campaigns either. Feels like they just wanna get it done and wash their hands because there's already demand so why invest anyway. Worried about the upkeep of the township in that case, where Simedarby will not get involved as they would with their other townships..
