Hi. Anyone know if there is any house renovation been going around in BBR?
I would like to seek for consultation from contractor to see how to resolve the water stains and better water draining system. Please refer to the attached photo. The area circled in red. If you have any suggestion, do enlighten. Thanks /k.  Attached thumbnail(s)
