I wonder why would the surau not be build? It is already allocated in masterplan by SD, surely a good solid reason for not building it.
The township requires the facilities such surau, dewan orang ramai, playground, tnb reserved and etc to be approved by local authority.

May I know why achongs?

i would say saron owner is lucky to buy them at 380k. not that they are poor. i know someone who earns 5figure income , stays in saron.

I doesn't know if the fencing like this are appropriate and the arrangement approved by municipal council.
Just my opinion, isn't the field are reserved and shared by both Saron 2 and Nobat resident?

To get the Clearance Letter, still need to pay Water and Electric deposits, maintenance and cukai tanah = RM 1450. But am quite unhappy that the maintenance fee is RM 100 per month! I think it's quite expensive considering it's only F&G. Hmm... Not fenced yet actually... RM 50 shud b fair 😁😁

Other neighbours, any comment?
