Same.. can already imagine cars queuing till the main road for drive thru hahaha. But always good to have one. Hopefully won't affect traffic to and fro Columbia flyover.

But seeing FB complaints on the Sungai Puloh junction before flyover to Meru being dangerous as there are more cars now criss crossing. Some are suggesting traffic light but I feel it will cause a jam there though.. personally think roundabout is a better solution..

Awesome! Nadira for myself. Quite like the design of Lyra haha but was launched a year before I started to look out. Probably will connect in the future since as you mentioned there's a road from Kyra that almost connects to Jln Hj Abd Manan already. I guess it'll mainly benefit BBR3. I did see an old post somewhere in this thread that there could be a 2nd Klang general hospital in BBR3 though ( https://www.nst.com.my/property/2018/03/348...townships-klang ).

So far so good in BBR2. I did notice Lyra's land is higher. If you go opposite of Casira where construction trucks go into Lyra, it is a slope up. Hopefully Nadira too as it's just beside Lyra hahaha. Should be able to handle more rainfall once they complete the town park on the industrial side. Connect the huge canal over to that side and a couple more retention ponds, according to the masterplan picture.

Yeah just that there will be waiting time if introduce traffic light at that Sungai Puloh junction. Cause right now there's 0 traffic light to go through from BBR2 til Setia Alam toll to NKVE, it's a nice privilege haha

I don't think bandar bukit raja has any LRT station planned to begin with.

The bukit raja lrt station in the news is probably refering to the bukit raja selatan station which is an industrial area.

It is the one opposite of Bukit Raja Aeon next to the petrol station but has since been scrapped from the station list. If you were to drive past that area, you can see it is actually a big area for a station. Pasar Meru is the nearest station.

Haha yeah GH not something we all need urgently anyways. Good to have later on. I'm more highly anticipating how Sime Darby will develop the big plot of commercial area by the other side of the town park which is just beside Jln Meru. Hoping it might be an alfresco type of commercial area since there's the town park with pond there. Kinda like their upcoming Elmina lakeside mall would be nice. Can see people really like alfresco concept as these places are always lively. E.g Quayside mall kemuning, D'network setia alam, Ardence lab etc haha

I think aloha20101 is right.. the provisional BBR station is supposed to be south of BBR, somewhere after Bandar Baru station I think? The industrial area there. But we're still lucky that LRT3 pasar meru station which is nearest to us is park n ride station, so it will have a parking lot. Perhaps feasible to park there and travel to workplace next time haha

This area according to the masterplan but not sure if there's any newer updates.. haha yeah, just wishful thinking

Only Kyra affected, some of owners even just move in the units, yesterday I drive to there still see the water flowing out from roadside drain hole

I passed by persiaran setia perdana and the deepest part almost reach car hood, luckily I made it through..

Oh Nadira 3 is yet to launch..i thought they already launched Nadira 3. The price for Nadira is quite expensive. Last time I asked the sales person, he said they still have few units left for Nadira. I did ask about Lyra’s VP too..he said expected July 😁…

Prime account is not updated 😂 I go for site visit almost every week…the project is almost done (for the house only)…but of course the roads and parks are yet to start…hopefully they will start soon…

after VP, might need 2 or 3 months for defect then small renovation some more 😅

Happen to be at BBR around 9, and yes I also noticed air quality is kind of bad. I do find it like burnt plastic smell but it slowly goes away after 10AM. The haze covered almost the entire residential of BBR2 as I drove along my way to Lumira...

Also my first time encounter such situation in BBR..

Hopefully get the LAD to cover moving in & reno cost. Anyone experience LAD paid by SDP?
