Same.. can already imagine cars queuing till the main road for drive thru hahaha. But always good to have one. Hopefully won't affect traffic to and fro Columbia flyover.

But seeing FB complaints on the Sungai Puloh junction before flyover to Meru being dangerous as there are more cars now criss crossing. Some are suggesting traffic light but I feel it will cause a jam there though.. personally think roundabout is a better solution..

Hi! I already signed for Lyra.

Do u think there will be access roads from Kyra / Lyra / Nadira to Jln Hj Abd Manan ? From google maps this seems very easy to connect and just matters of want to block it or not. But if it is..i see no real benefit towards BBR2 although might argue this will elevate ease of access to BBR3.

About the McD, banner is up. So it is confirmed then.
Wasnt that area and gallery is prone to mini flood whenever high volume of rain?

I really hope with brand like McD this can pressure SD to finally fix that area (more manhole and better drainage management towards longkang or tasik)

I know there are some concerns of flooding but most of the time it is more towards the surrounding outside area but not towards BBR2. As far as i know not affected but who knows...

The junction to Sungai Puloh flyover might not affect us much atleast BBR2 area but this is hard for people coming from BBR1 / Gallery side..

Yeah just that there will be waiting time if introduce traffic light at that Sungai Puloh junction. Cause right now there's 0 traffic light to go through from BBR2 til Setia Alam toll to NKVE, it's a nice privilege haha

Wont believe on the new Hosp tho. Prolly in 2040 baru approve kot lol....
And with the approximity of kapar meru, i believe it will be GH instead of Private Hosp. to cater the population evenly.

Also there were news last week on plan to reinstate the cancelled LRT stations including at BBR as reported by The Edge (personally i have no idea where it was planned out) but parliament has been dissolved too laugh.gif

Actually i prefer for BRT as it is cheaper instead of LRT(like sunway) and probably can cut through setia alam / KAPAR / Meru.

PH / state government should really invest in this altho public transportation is under fed purview. Smart Selangor busses for sure is under utilize in my opinion

Yea aware of the nearest is Pasar Meru station.
This is why I am more keen for BRT so the locality like SA / BBR / Kapar area can be pull away from major traffic and this BRT shud connect with Pasar Meru atleast. But ...thats just my dream la..laugh.gif

There will be commercial area at the other side of park? I thought industrial area only based on masterplan?

Tbh i dont put much hope for SD to build these kind of commercials.

At most some rumah kedai style just like at what the KFC area there. (This serunai apartment BBR commercial side is not bad, some cafes, coffee beans, richiamo, kfc, eco) but not the same vibe if u go to ardence or d network.

U are right..almost forgot that part..but yeah i dont put much expectation here.
At most rumah kedai type/ small factory office like the Serunai BBR / Columbia area.

1. Will there be another flyover after ayra to that side of commercial? Highly doubt it. The main BBR flyover cost SD almost 80mils. And this is not free (of course partially from our purchases). If yes...please build slim2 flyover only. No heavy machinery flying thru ayra's sides

2. SD definitely started some ground jobs overthere. Can see they are erecting the "welcoming gate" near side jalan meru. But this part is easily get flooded whenever there are heavy rains. This does not happen 5 or 10 years ago.

3. Point no.1 is my concern. If you are reading business news, SD has put a lot of effort to pull investor towards their industrial side. More industrial = more lorry. As what im aware there might not be any major chemicals kind of factory...but lorry will always be the main transportation for industrial area though.

Really terbalik then what happen during last year major flood.
And this is not a major flood ....yet.
(I heard the water receeds quickly after 1 or 2 hours)

I guess as long the water not sipping thru into the house... is not the worst though but yeah its never fun when being put into that situation. I remembered Casira got similar effect like this during major flood last year but most likely due to lyra kyra lumira's construction.

Preparation for PRN ke? Sarcasm apart..i went BBR to site visit via Setia Alam and this road sections really gg lastmonth...luckily actions being taken

Anyway i expect this part will koyak within next 6 months later...So much heavy lorries

And hoping 1 artificial football pitch can be build in this park to make the place bit lively. I went bbr2 at nite few weeks ago to grab some dinner around the place and bit dissapointed la during night the lights are too dark in my opinion at the park area. U totally cant jog alone and rather feel unsafe.

Below alura / nadira in the side seems like ground work started dy for new projects.
The maze park at kyra looks totally not maintained. I believe small bridge need to be build to connect from main park to this small park as the need is to cater a very small group. Otherwise MPK dont have the urgency to maintain

But from Prime website macam phase 1 still alot need to do as per update January.

Im just assuming its phase 1 bcoz the units that are closer to Casira macam exterior atleast completed dy since last year.

Went the area this morning. Phase 1 (most front facing lumira) still have lots of work to do. Definitely need a month or 2 in my opinion (bricks havent been cement yet event the facade) so July might be bit tight.

We visited the site for almost every month on the weekend + bring kids to the playground. But to my surprise this morning the air quality in BBR2 area was not good. Haze -like situation and the visibilty drops a lot.

But after i exited the BBR junction to gallery area, the "foggines" is not there anymore. This was around 9-ish and surely not morning fog. I was coming from Meru area this morning and this haze feels like coming from Meru side - aman Perdana - BBR2. My concern is this coming from nearby factory from Meru side on the weekdays are common (just my assumption) ? Or just my luck - not good day. (I really hope so) because almost the entire experience of visiting this area since covid days (95% of the time are on the weekend) this does not happen.

Tbh i dont expect LAD penalty since SDP already got approval of extension of VP.

And i did rough calculation (based on google) seems not much pun..maybe enough to cover cost of lamps & fans oni laugh.gif

Words of mouth..Friend of mine who bought the selangorku apartment at Putra Height is arguing abt this LAD penalty oso and their community is trying to check this with KPKT.

But pls dont take my point as this is just based on rumours
