1. Is it normal or abnormal the bathroom leak when we pool the toilet? I was told by a contractor that developer only waterproof the bathing area.. not all toilet floor. Is it true guys?
Mine quite obvious, after 'pooling' the toilet for 20-30 mins water leak detected at the ceiling above staircase.

2. To those had lodge the complaints, how long does it take for SD to complete it? Do they ever reject the complaints/any items that we lodge?

guys, anyone installed water pump? (Saron)

i just installed mine, and i suspect it is installed wrongly.

my contractor told me that only the water supplying to the toilets will go through the pump, as it is installed at the tank.

the water to other areas e.g. kitchen, front yard, washing machine etc will not go through the pump due to the house piping limitation.

what about you guys?
your pump can increase water pressure for whole house or just toilets?

Hi Caviars, the WCE interchange is for users from the highway to get onto Jalan Meru.

My concern is whether there will be flyover/underpass for the Jalan Meru-BBR intersection...

If Sime Darby really care for BBR East and West, a flyover/underpass should be built ASAP before the completion of WCE. Imagine all the traffic from WCE joining into Jalan Meru...
